Rob has over 25 years of solid waste industry experience and has fostered relationships across the public and private sector that position SSS to be a leader in the industry and drive adoption of sustainable practices throughout businesses, schools, multi-unit residential properties, and at the individual level. Rob has a strong track record of launching new waste reduction programs and has a history of hiring knowledgeable staff that are committed to providing technical assistance leading to quantifiable reductions in waste generation and applying this assistance in a friendly and equitable manner. In his free time Rob enjoys travel, hiking and golf.

Bonnie Nord
Bonnie is a dedicated professional with a passion for sustainability and food waste reduction, having immersed herself in this work since 2016. She finds fulfillment in meeting individuals and organizations where they are at to help them achieve environmentally focused solutions. Bonnie's expertise lies in navigating the intersection of sustainability practices and practical implementation, making her a valuable ally in achieving eco-conscious goals
Bonnie thoroughly enjoys high fives, disc golf, hacky sack, spending time being silly with her daughters and partner, and listening to audiobooks (fiction usually).

Adam Mehr-Biggs
Adam Mehr-Biggs is an experienced environmental consultant with specific expertise in waste reduction and pollution prevention of hazardous materials. He has spent several years contracting on sustainability-focused programs for local governments in the Greater Twin Cities area and is an expert program facilitator and skilled grant writer.
Growing up in northern Minnesota, Adam developed an appreciation for the forest and enjoys learning about the state’s wildlife and plants. At home, he spends most of the warmer months tending his garden and the rest of the year researching new baking recipes and perfecting his craft.

Maddy Hoensheid
Maddy has dedicated herself to working with individuals and organizations to develop actionable solutions that promote waste reduction practices. With a background in environmental education, she excels at translating complex environmental challenges into practical strategies for implementation. Maddy finds joy in integrating educational components into her sustainability work, empowering clients to understand and embrace low waste practices.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Maddy enjoys exploring the outdoors, cooking, traveling, and playing Catan.

Sarah Galush
Sarah brings a fresh perspective to the solid waste field, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Minnesota. In her recent internship with Washington County, she contributed to outreach and research efforts designed to expand engagement in the Food Scraps Pickup Program. Among her accomplishments, she successfully helped implement organics recycling at the Washington County Fair and partnered with food vendors to divert organic waste from disposal.
Outside of work you can find her bouldering, spending time in nature, cooking yummy vegan food, or supporting any women's sports team.
